yes but they have to be in mp4 format!
Yes, you can download movies or games from any kinds of computers. If you transfer movies to psp, encode movies first. To encode movies, you need software. You can download useful software at download.com. Once you acquire the software you need, install it. Then encode the movies you’d like to see on your psp. Have your psp cable ready. Hook up computer with cable. You will see a removable disk drive. Go to the disk and simply copy the movies. You are done. You can watch movies.
Transferring games is complicated. Also you should know it is illegal to transfer games to your psp, but you need some software on your psp. If you know the version of firmware, I can tell you in more detail.
