How do i put/play psp games on my memory stick?

You can’t download them, you have to get the game itself and put it on your computer then return the game store. You can then play all you want on your memory stick. Just transfer from computer to stick. If you have the newest firmware, you will no longer be able to do this. Microsoft changed it because alot of people were doing it and thats why they had free upgrades.
Yes. You need a homebrew enabled PSP in order to play those game. This means your PSP has to be in firmware 1.50 or custom firmware like 3.03 OE-c or 3.10 OE-a (which also need to be installed from version 1.50). In any case, you need to downgrade your PSP to version 1.50 first.
For version 2.81 firmware, you need to upgrade to version 3.03 and then downgrade to 1.50 from 3.03. Also, the downgrade process requires you to have a copy of unpatched Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories as well.
As you can see, this is a very complicated process. Also, downgrading is very risky and can make your PSP completely useless.
Lol i am not sure how to put on games but i do know that you cant play games if u have ver2.81, you need to downgrade your psp first then you can put on games on memory stick and play them
