There’s a certain program you can download called CWcheat. Most of the downloads for it should come with updated cheats, but otherwise, you either have to input your own or find a cheat file for it.

Download CWcheat: (http://dl.qj.net/CWcheat-v0.1.4-PSP-Homebrew-Applications/pg/12/fid/10157/catid/151) and put it in the seplugins folder on the root of your memory stick (the first page that pops up when you plug your psp into usb mode). If you dont have that folder then create one. once you’ve put it on your psp reboot it while holding the r-trigger. go down to plugins and enable cwcheat. after that while you’re in the game just hold down the select button to bring up the cheats menu. you can also change the buttons for bringing up the menu and using the dump function.
