Is there a way to hook up my sony psp to my television to play games on it?

No, but sony is coming out with the PSP Slimline. It will be lighter, slimer, and you can hook it up to your tv.
Sony just revealed a new model that will be able to do that. Coming soon to a wal mart near you (hope you have the bucks to throw old one away and replace it, and Sony hopes so too)
Yeah it’s called buying a PS2.
Seriously though, it would be amusing but I don’t think there is an way to emit the video signal out of the device without serious hardware hacking involved.
There is an awful add-on for the current psp model that more or less has a screen over your psp that it then shoots to the tv. Its so bad - the reviews were funny. Anyway, thats the only way to do it till the new model comes out with that built in.
